The Role

2+ PQE Private and Agricultural Property Lawyer to to join Tier 2, Top 100 team.

A leading force nationally in Agriculture, and home to some of the most highly-regarded Partners in the sector, the South-West team is expanding due to continued growth.

Offering a broad diet of work, the role involves supporting affluent clients in Residential, Commercial and Agricultural matters across the region. The cases are high value, often complex, examples being bare land, working farms and large estates. The team undertake development work also.

Your passion for your work will be met with continued support as you establish yourself in the market and build your network. Additionally, the team enjoy some of the lowest billable targets within the Top 100 space.

Offering a pathway for development from the onset, the team is orientated towards quality and client care in a non-detrimental and supportive way for all staff.

Open to those wanting to work mainly from home if preferred, or to be present from any regional office, along with those wanting flexibility on their hours.

The Requirements

  • Property experience gained at leading national or regional firm
  • Ideally, an excellent agricultural understanding or willingness to develop into this area
  • Technical excellence, blended with a compassionate approach
  • Driven BD'er
  • Keen to continually develop and move upwards in the team.
