The Role
NQ to 6 PQE Commercial Litigation Associate to join Tier 1, Top 100 Financial Services team.
The Financial Services Litigation team is increasingly pivotal to the most high-profile disputes in the sector, working on matters that receive media attention, handling complex multi-million pound disputes.
Particularly apt at large-scale pension disputes, negligent investment, tax planning and professional negligence, the three Partner team is growing organically, as their group action continues to gain attention.
Offering a pathway for development from the onset and offering some of the lowest targets within the Top 100 space, the team is orientated towards quality and client care in a non-detrimental and supportive way for all staff.
Open to those wanting to work mainly from home if preferred, or to be present from any regional office, along with those wanting flexibility on their hours.
The Requirements
- Commercial Litigation experience, with an understanding or drive to specialise in Financial Services
- Technical excellence, blended with a compassionate approach
