One of the East Midlands leading full-service law firms, with offices across the region is expanding its Conveyancing team based in Chesterfield.

Your new role will see you be involved in marketing and developing the Residential Property department, while personally handling your own caseload of transactions, from instruction through to completion (including sale & purchase, leasehold, and freehold, shared ownership, dealing with registered and unregistered titles etc). You will use a CMS system – for work across the conveyancing spectrum, as well as providing general advice and support for the Chesterfield team. 

You will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a fast-paced residential property department, have excellent communication skills, ability to deal with a mixed caseload. You'll ideally have worked in a client facing environment and be able to maintain strong relationships with your clients.
