Conveyancer Opportunity
Location : Ilkley, North Yorkshire
Salary guidance : £27,000-£33,000 DOE

A well established regional firm are recruiting for a Conveyancer at their friendly Ilkley office. This is an excellent opportunity for a local candidate looking for a new challenge in which they can develop their skills. A minimum of three years experience as a Conveyancer at a high street or regional firm is required. My client prides themselves on delivering high quality client care, local and reliable legal work. 
 
Conveyancer- Key Duties and requirments

• You will be responsible for managing a full caseload from instruction to legal completion, in addition to building and maintaining excellent client relationships and developing a personal client base.
• Qualified as a solicitor, Legal Executive, Licenced Conveyancer or experienced Fee Earner, with ideally at least 3 years’ experience of managing a full caseload of freehold and leasehold property sales and purchases.

• You must possess demonstrable experience of dealing with a wide range of residential conveyancing issues, a positive outlook and the desire to offer outstanding client service. 
• You will be ambitious and want to join a growing business in which you will have the opportunity to develop and progress to be part of the senior management team

In return, the successful Conveyancer will benefit from a competitive salary circa £25,000-£33,000 per annum.
