Residential Conveyancer

Sellick Partnership are currently seeking a locum Residential Conveyancer to start a long term position in a well-established firm. This contract is an excellent opportunity to work within a highly regarded and recognised firm.

About You

The successful Residential Conveyancer will be taking on a full and active residential caseload which will include but is not restricted to:

• Sales
• Purchases
• Transfer of equity
• Freehold and Leasehold matters

About You

The firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer with a strong background who has handled both complex and run of the mill matters. The firm are looking for someone to start immediately or at short notice.

This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful Residential Conveyancer to secure a long term position with an attractive hourly rate.
