The Role:

A forward thinking, innovative law firm in Thames Valley are currently looking for a Senior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join their established team and are to be based in either Newbury or Maidenhead. You will take on the responsibility of managing other team members while managing a broad caseload of Corporate and Commercial work.

This caseload will involve work for businesses and start-ups, charities, SME's and UK subsidiaries, with matters to include commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, shareholder agreements, disputes, joint ventures and data protection, among a plethora of others.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you will be a qualified Solicitor with a demonstrable history of successfully meeting strict deadlines and working with a range of companies, you will also be able to manage a varied caseload of Corporate and Commercial matters independently. Working as part of a growing team, business development skills and the ability to work at all levels are hugely beneficial.
