They are searching for an experienced corporate & commercial solicitor ideally with at least 4 years PQE+ to join their team in Taunton.
Here you will inherit an extensive client base, consisting of both local and national businesses, and often well-known names. You will have much direct client contact.
As a corporate commercial solicitor, you will enjoy both working autonomously and within teams, drawing on each individual's strengths. You will be fully supported by senior solicitors and partners.
Where appropriate you will also be involved in the guidance and development of more junior team members.
Your caseload will be broad and include IP & IT, commercial contracts, business set up/planning/compliance, mergers & acquisitions, restructuring, MBO's as well as regulatory matters.
