Commercial Property Paralegal/NQ

We have a new and exciting opportunity for either an experienced commercial property paralegal or newly qualified solicitor to join a well-established firm with 140 years of service in their Northampton office. The individual would be managing both existing clients as well as using their networking skills to help build up their client base.

The ideal commercial property paralegal/commercial property solicitor should be able to demonstrate experience of the following:

• Landlord and tenant
• Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
• Negotiating and drafting commercial leases
• Commercial mortgages
• Agricultural and rural property
• Guarantees
• LA agreements
• Licences and Easements and TCPA and environmental issues

Essential skills also needed to be successful in this role include:

• Attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• Methodical approach
• Confident and professional communication skills

The salary on offer for this commercial property paralegal/commercial property solicitor opportunity is negotiable depending on the individuals' qualifications and experience.
