Family Solicitor

QED Legal have been instructed to find an experienced Family Solicitor for a new and exciting role with a leading firm with a national presence to be based out of their York office.  Salary will be dependent upon experience and will be to c£50K.

The firm boasts an impressive network of family law specialists, many of whom are rated individually in the Legal 500 guide. And, with offices up and down the country, my client has cultivated a high quality client base consisting of many HNW clients instructing the team on private paying family matters.

This role is open to Solicitors from NQ upwards.  For an experienced solicitor you should be able to demonstrate your ability to handle a private caseload ideally consisting of a decent spread of matters e.g. divorce, ancillary relief, cohabitation disputes, matrimonial disputes, domestic violence and private children applications.

There is a clear structure in place to develop your career, so opportunity to progress and gain promotions will be available for you. There will also be paralegal & legal secretarial support in place to allow you to focus on dealing with the more important tasks and ensuring clients are kept as happy as possible.

This is a great opportunity for any family solicitor to join a national law firm with a truly personal feel.  Roles like this are rare so if you feel you might be a fit please don't hesitate to apply.
