Corporate/Commercial Paralegal - Gloucester

A wonderful firm, based in Gloucester, is looking for a corporate/commercial paralegal to join their corporate/commercial team to assist on a busy caseload. This corporate/commercial paralegal will be working alongside this busy and highly regarded corporate/commercial team working on corporate transactions and commercial contracts.

As the successful corporate paralegal your duties will include assisting the team on corporate transactions to include; mergers, acquisitions, shareholder agreements, working on board minutes, shareholder resolutions, disclosure letters and other corporate matters.

The successful corporate/commercial paralegal will have at least 6 months' experience in a corporate/commercial. If you have experience from one of those area's, please still apply. It is important that you can show good academics.
