Are you an Insolvency Solicitor (circa 4+ years’ PQE) who is looking for a new challenge and a chance to climb the career ladder?  Or are you a Commercial Litigation Solicitor looking to expand upon your knowledge of insolvency law and become a specialist? 

This well-established Legal 200 law firm in Southampton is currently looking for an experienced Insolvency Solicitor to join its recognised team in this key placement. The insolvency team act for a wide range of clients including insolvency practitioners, owner managed business, creditors, and private individuals. You will be provided with all the support and development to help grow and develop within the department. The firm has an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage.

You will be able to combine working in the office / working remotely from home, to suit you.

Your role as an Insolvency Solicitor will involve:
  • Handling work that involves both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and business recovery related work
  • Being able to business develop in order to bring new clients in 
  • A clear career path from the outset
