This long-established law firm is searching for an experienced corporate solicitor to join as a partner in Torquay.

This boutique firm advises on all legal matters and unusually for a small-medium sized firm has a very strong presence within corporate law, both locally and further afield.

Its long-standing relationships with clients far and wide brings much repeat business across all departments.

In this role you will advise on a broad caseload to include M&A, VC, Joint ventures, MBOs, disposals, partnership & LLP related matters.

You will inherit a caseload and be looking to continually develop these client relationships further.

This exciting and unusual corporate role can be offered initially at salaried partnership level, and will also include a fee sharing agreement, based on work you successfully complete. There will be further progression opportunities in the future to become a fixed share partner.

Solicitors (or legal executives) with at least 5 years'+ experience are encouraged to apply.

Excellent salary up to £80k plus friendly working environment where the emphasis is on working collaboratively.

Although Devon based, there is no need to be in the office everyday if you don't want to. As long as you live a reasonable distance from Devon then candidates further afield (perhaps in Cornwall or up as far as Bristol) will be considered.
