A well-established, multi-site, leading Legal 500 firm is looking for an Associate to join their fast-paced and hardworking residential property team, made up of 20+ members. This role would be based out of Amersham and have a focus on new homes with a broad mix of work outside of this.
An ideal candidate will have 5+ years' of relevant PQE, fee earning reliably and appropriately in line with firm procedure. New build experience essential, along with experience of the sale, purchase and remortgage of freehold and leasehold property. The ability to work to strict deadlines in essential along with negotiation skills, attention to detail, caseload management system experience and business development.
