Residential Conveyancer - Canterbury, Kent
A great opportunity has arisen to join a regional law firm in Canterbury, Kent as a Residential Conveyancer (Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner).
Joining a leading, award winning regional residential property team you will manage your own caseload, be able to demonstrate your experience in leasehold, freehold, new build properties, remortgages and lease extension work and enjoy a challenging, fast moving professional environment.
You must be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (likely Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, Licensed Conveyancer or Fee Earner) with a proven track record in handling your own caseload using up to date case management systems. PQE range is open, therefore, anyone with upwards of 1yr PQE are encouraged to apply.
Salary is listed as a guide only and is very much negotiable depending on level of experience and will include a generous bonus and benefits package on top. In addition, you'll have the opportunity for home/remote working part of the week. Part-time c4 shorter days in the office p/w will also be considered.
