Our client is a well-established law firm with around 50 years of experience in providing quality legal services to both individuals and businesses throughout the Yorkshire region and beyond. The firm specialises in most aspects of commercial and domestic law while priding itself on delivering an efficient, yet personal service to each client.
They are looking for an experienced Conveyancing Secretary/Admin Assistant with strong knowledge in residential conveyancing to join their team, with roles available in their Doncaster and Sheffield offices.
This role will be in a fast-paced environment and you will be friendly, polite, well organised and enthusiastic. The role will involve preparing correspondence and documents through audio-typing and copy-typing, organising appointments with clients and administrative tasks such as filing and cataloguing documents. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with opening and closing files, post completion work and IDVA procedures.
Experience in using case management systems would be beneficial but is not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate.
Salary will be competitive and is negotiable dependent on experience. Part-time hours will also be considered.
