Commercial Property Solicitor – This modern, dynamic and forward-thinking law firm have over 30 years’ experience of providing the very best advice to their clients from their Mayfair offices. The Commercial Property team act for a diverse range of clients including PLC companies, investors, developers, and specialise in advising hospitality and leisure operators.
About the Role
You will be joining an experienced team advising clients on a broad range of property matters ranging from new leases and lease renewals, residential development, acquisitions and disposals of income and non-income producing assets, landlord & tenant management work, to contracts for sale and purchase, titles, dealing with enquiries and searches and post-completion matters.
Candidate Requirements
Our client is now seeking a further Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE, excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work and prioritise systematically and methodically managing multiple matters to meet deadlines. An interest in marketing and business development is preferred.
