The Role
The firm are looking for an experienced Family Solicitor to join their network of established family lawyers.
The team are seeking to recruit a family fee-earner to work alongside the head of department and deal with a mixed caseload of privately funded family matters.
You will deal with a caseload that consists of privately funded matters to include divorce and dissolution proceedings, children's proceedings, pre-nuptial agreements, cohabitee disputes and financial arrangements.
Requirements
- You will be a Family Solicitor 1-5 years PQE
- The ability to confidentially manage your own caseload of good quality work and clients
- Have an aptitude for business development and marketing
- Excellent communication skills
- You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail.
