Corporate Lawyer
Sellick Partnership are delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Corporate Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive for a highly reputable Legal 500 accredited firm in their Southampton office. The individual will be responsible for managing their own caseload with minimal supervision as well as supporting two Partners when required.
The Corporate Solicitor/Corporate Chartered Legal Executive role will include a range of work including:
- Mergers and acquisitions
- Corporate structuring
- Corporate finance
- Joint venture and shareholders' agreements
The successful Corporate Solicitor/Corporate Chartered Legal Executive will:
- Have between 2-4 years' worth of experience managing their own caseload of various corporate matters
- Take a collaborative and proactive approach to their work
- Have the ability to professionally work with a wide range of clients
- Be ambitious, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
