The Role…

Due to the excelled and continued growth of the Real Estate Department, the firm are now seeking a Associate to support their highly regarded Construction arm.

The successful candidate will be joining a well-established Real Estate department. The Construction arm of this department are ranked highly in the legal 500 and they boast several recommended individuals. The department itself specialises in Construction, Dispute Resolution, Planning, and Environmental elements.

This caseload will involve both contentious and non-contentious elements, and include but not be limited to; advising on Construction documents, Industrial Development, Health Sector Development, development for Household named clients, and projects in transport and Infrastructure.

Requirements…

• You will be a NQ-5 years PQE experience in Construction in a TC or as a paralegal.
• Experience of business development will be to advantage
• Excellent communication skills and an eye for detail are essential
• You should work within a team
• You will deal with an excellent quality of work
• Salary is above market rate depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional bonus structure and benefits package
