VC Corporate Associate – 4 PQE +

Our client is a national firm with a strong international network and client base. It is a forward thinking, entrepreneurial practice and a ‘disruptor’ in the legal sector.   It seeks a dynamic and motivated corporate associate with 4+ pqe who specialises in VC capital fundraising deals,  loves their work and will work with autonomy and also as part of a strong team.  You will lead on transactions, undertake BD and refer clients’ diverse legal requirements across the firm.  The successful candidate has the option to work in the firm’s London office or in one of its other locations or to be based largely or entirely from home. Career prospects are excellent at this non-hierarchical firm which promotes on merit, regularly makes up partners and has excellent retention. Candidates are likely to have up 4 ++ pqe from a recognised firm with a ranked corporate tech/VC practice.
