An exciting opportunity has arisen with my client, who are the leading ‘lexcel’ law society accredited law firm in Wales, Cheshire, and the Northwest as they seek Residential Conveyancers for all their offices.
My client is growing their property department as business gets busier and they are looking to appoint multiple conveyancers to work out of any of their six offices. This role would suite someone who likes working in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the face-to-face aspect of the role, my client is a high street law firm and prides themselves on client care and meeting their clients in the office.
The successful candidates will ideally have between 2-3 years’ experience handling a caseload of varied conveyancing matters from start to finish. Ideally, experience handling sales and purchase, freehold and leaseholds, new builds and shared ownerships would be desired, if however, you do not have experience handling all these matters please still apply as you may still be considered for the role.
