The corporate team plays an integral role within the wider firm setup, which comprises of approx. 150 people.

Your new role

This corporate solicitor role is for a junior corporate lawyer to join a highly successful team. You will work within a good sized team handling a range of top quality corporate finance transactions and a wide variety of work involving early stage businesses in conjunction with large scale merger and acquisition work.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be a corporate lawyer between 0-3 PQE. In addition to good academics and strong communication skills, you will have experience in at least one of the following areas:

• PE/venture capital transactions;
• shareholder agreements;
• working with SMEs, owner managed businesses and large corporates;
• mergers and acquisitions;
• listed company transactions and IPOs.
