A leading Legal 500 firm with offices in both Hertfordshire and Essex is seeking a commercial property solicitor for its Hertford-based office.
You will ideally have around NQ-3 years experience as a commercial property solicitor and will therefore be able to handle your own caseload of acquisitions, disposals, landlord & tenant matters, portfolio management work and development matters. You would be joining an established team, but you should have experience of marketing and business development.
