Well established firm based in Milton Keynes is keen to appoint a talented commercial associate with 2 years+ PQE.
Focusing on commercial contracts, including IT/Technology and Outsourcing agreements, software agreements and e-commerce work as well as data protection and privacy matters, you'll be advising clients with UK and international interests.
Ideally you will have gained experience in another recognised commercial IT practice and any in-house exposure would be beneficial though not essential. You will ideally have ca 2 years pqe although applications are welcomed from individuals with more or less experience than this provided they can demonstrate strong technical exposure.
