In-House Counsel

This highly regarded National Utilities company is currently looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join their growing Legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an NQ-4 year PQE associate to make the move into an in-house role and work with a brilliant and supportive company. You will also be given the opportunity to work completely from home with full IT support.

The role

• Supporting the Head of Legal and senior team members on corporate/company law matters
• Providing excellent commercial legal advice across various commercial and contract matters, as well as IP and marketing 
• Undertaking aspects of project management and project finance.
• Collaborate with other in-house Counsel across the UK

The Person

• NQ - 4 Years PQE ideally with secondment experience
• Experience in energy and/or construction sectors
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Excellent Academics

Salary will be dependent on experience
