Commercial Property Solicitor 2+ PQE - Leicester

New opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join this long established Leicestershire firm.

The firm have a strong reputation in the market and seek an individual with 2+ PQE to join their highly regarded and busy department.

You will undertake a varied caseload including Landlord and Tenant, freehold sales and purchases, secured lending work and investment sales and purchases. You will also participate in marketing activities for the team and firm overall. You will have the opportunity to have very hands on client contact, dealing with a wide variety of companies both locally and nationally.
