Real Estate Solicitor 1-3+ PQE (Remote working)

My client is one of the world's leading international firms, who are looking to recruit an Associate to join their real estate department.

The roles will be based remotely and the firm are setting up a hub in Birmingham to facilitate face to face meetings on an occasional basis. Day to day responsibilities will include the following:

The team provide advice on all aspects of general real estate including investment, restructuring, development, acquisitions, disposals, corporate occupiers, PPP, corporate support work and real estate finance.

You will play a proactive role in the delivery of project based matters working closely with Senior Solicitors, Trainees and Legal Analysts dealing with complex due diligence, for example preparation of certificates of title and/or lease reporting in connection with portfolio disposals, acquisitions or refinancing. In addition you will manage your own fee earning caseload, receiving instructions from and liaising directly with clients on day to day asset management transactions.

You will have at least 1 years' PQE in real estate gained in private practice.
