5+ PQE SOLICITOR | LITIGATION | LEGAL 500 FIRM
QED Legal are recruiting a Dispute Resolution Solicitor from 5 PQE for a Legal 500 firm in Sevenoaks, Kent. Our client is one of the leading firms in the area, with offices across the South East and offer excellent career progression.
This role would give you exposure to a range of commercial and property litigation work including contractual and shareholder disputes, land ownership disputes including adverse possession and co-ownership claims.
The team are well ranked in the Legal 500 and have an excellent record for retaining and progressing their staff. Clients include companies, investors, individuals and developers.
To be considered for this position, you must be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with experience of running your own caseload independently. PQE Is s guide only and we would welcome applications from candidates with demonstrable litigation experience, and ideally with exposure to both Commercial and Property Litigation.
