The Client - is a renowned International Law Firm. They are a trusted partner of FTSE 100, high-profile clients.
They are looking for a Senior HR Advisor to join the team in their Manchester, Leeds or Edinburgh office.

The Role - offers some flexibility of home working, wherever you choose to be based (Manchester, Leeds of Edinburgh).
As the Senior HR Advisor you will be part of a wider HR Team focused on to providing employees with a high quality HR service.

This is a is a generalist HR Advisor role, supporting employees across the firm. The main areas of responsibility will be resourcing, reward, employee relations and other operational activities. You will also be expected to support strategic HR initiatives and projects across the team.

Typical tasks may include:

  • Managing and delivering end-to-end HR processes, including administration support
  • Providing first line response to partners, managers and employees on all HR matters
  • Assisting with the annual HR activity including performance and compensation processes
  • Monitoring, reviewing and updating HR policies and templates, ensuring these are in line with current legislation and firm culture
  • Supporting and leading on various HR projects

You - will have demonstrable HR Advisor experience within Legal of Finance.

You will also have:

  • Interpersonal skills to develop into this role and build strong and credible relationships.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and recruiting senior professionals.
  • Capable of delivering advice which is both accurate and commercially sound, ensuring employment law knowledge is kept up to date.
