THE FIRM
Our client is a well-regarded mid size firm.
THE ROLE
Corporate & commercial lawyer to join a team working with start-up founders, giving legal advice and helping them through the teething troubles and unseen problems that come with starting and growing a business in 2021.
Clients include entrepreneurs, scale ups and established businesses.
You'll be advising on: commercial agreements, terms of use, T&Cs, IP rights, corporate advice for growth businesses as well as larger corporate transactions every now and then.
ABOUT YOU
With 2-6pqe and experience in commercial or corporate law, you will not be expected to have experience in all the areas the firm covers.
You will be used to working - and thinking - independently, be a quick learner, have good academics and enjoy working as a team with colleagues and clients.
You will be looking for a flexible role with a team of lawyers who take a thoughtful, rigorous and collaborative approach to practising law.
