Property Finance Solicitor – This is an excellent opportunity to join an award-winning, Legal 500 commercial practice in the heart of Mayfair. We have been instructed to find our client a further Property Finance Solicitor to join their team.
About the Role
You will be joining a flourishing department which boast a Real Estate Finance and Banking team that is one of the largest in the mid-market. You will be dealing with a very high quality of work that is often complex, varied and high value. Acting for well known lender clients, you will be advising a number of large banks, mezzanine finance providers, private lenders, bridging loan providers and specialist property lenders where you will be offering effective and commercial advice on a range of financing structures and funding.
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in seeing the CV’s of solicitors with at least c.2 years relevant experience of working within the property finance sector and who have worked for a similar status practices. You will need to show business acumen, a strong team ethos and modern business approach.
