CONTRACT MANAGER - BIG-TICKET TECH PROJECTS

Fford & Stone is excited to announce an excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial contract manager. 

This role is with one of our key clients, an industry leader with a vast portfolio of cutting edge Technology projects around the world.

Based in Seville, this role will be responsible for the businesses major projects activity around the region, taking the lead on high-worth contractual affairs and customer negotiations across Iberia, EMEA and South America. 

The role demands an experienced profile with well developed contract management skills to influence and drive CM & project activity.

Applicants must have a hands-on approach, execution phase CM experience for big-ticket project support and the ability to build effective business relationships.

Required:

• Tech projects background
• Fluent Spanish & English
• Claims, settlements experience
• Variation and cost control experience an advantage 
• Project portfolio management experience
• Based on the ground with prior experience of local operations
