My client is a very well known high street law firm in the south west boasting a number of offices and they are also a multi-service law firm.
There is an opportunity here for an experienced Family Law solicitor to join other experienced motivated colleagues.
You will be motivated by handling privately funded work although a small amount of legal aid may come into the firm from time to time.
You will have upwards of 2 years PQE and be able to demonstrate good working knowledge of all aspects of Family Law including Divorce, Matrimonial, Finances, Children, Co-Hab, Domestic Violence and much more.
Background wise you could have trained and gained experience at any level of firm however it is anticipated you will be able to manage your own caseload with minimal supervision.
Applications from panel members or from those wishing to progress to the Family Panel will be considered – as will applications from relocators, however you should be able to demonstrate a commitment to live and work in the Devon region generally.
