Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - Littlehampton, West Sussex
A multi-office high street firm are looking to hire an additional Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive (ideally upwards of 1yrs PQE) for their successful residential property team in Littlehampton, West Sussex
Working closely with an experienced Property Partner, your role as the Residential Conveyancer will be to handle a varied caseload of all aspects of conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion including sales and purchases of freehold/leasehold, shared ownership, re-mortgages and new builds.
You must be a qualified Conveyancer (either Conveyancing Solicitor, FCILEx or Licensed Conveyancer) with at least 1 year PQE managing your own caseload of conveyancing matters. Experience of commercial property would be advantageous. There is no upper limit on PQE range for this role, therefore more senior Conveyancers are also encouraged to apply.
On offer is a competitive salary/package which is negotiable depending on level of experience.
