Associate - Corporate Tax

The Role

This Firm is seeking a Corporate Tax Solicitor 3-6 PQE to join them from their office in London.

This role will involve working with clients across the UK and Internationally - this will be made up of a wide range of different clients, keeping the day to day matters engaging.

The corporate tax work this Firm already does is broad and varied, advising both businesses and entrepreneurs on a wide range of tax issues.

This includes corporate transactions, re-organisations, investments, finance arrangements and real estate matters.

The work also incorporates management taxes and employee incentives, including all forms of equity and share option arrangements.

The Head of the Department is truly excellent, and you'll work very closely together. They have an incredible background of working for leading private practice firms and held a significant post at one of The Big Four accountancy firms.

Their knowledge will be a font you will benefit from greatly, and you'll be working closely.
