Commercial Property Lawyer

As well as a competitive salary paying to £60k for the right candidate, the firm also offers an annual bonus and training and development opportunities. This role will be working within a friendly, well established and approachable team and you will be taking over a very busy, successful and well managed caseload. There is a good mix of Commercial Property work and a good Client base. You must be experienced in the sale and purchase of commercial property, sale of business assets, sale of property at auction, Landlord and Tenant transactions including: leases; renewals; licences to assign, licence to sublet, Licence to alter applications; surrenders, Pension scheme transactions and Land registry applications including first registrations, and assisting with adverse possession and Dealing with Section 25 notices as well as acting on behalf of management companies.
