An excellent opportunity for a mid-senior commercial lawyer to join a global organisation and take on a wide range of work for the EMEA market. This role role will report into and work closely with the Head of Legal as well as other senior stakeholders across the business.

Description
The role of Senior Legal Counsel EMEA will include the the following Responsibilities:
- Negotiate, draft and review a wide variety of agreements with customers, corporate partners and suppliers, to include distribution agreements, reseller agreements, partner agreements, agency agreements, outsourcing, service and maintenance, marketing, NDAs, MSAs etc.
- Manage corporate and company secretarial matters across EMEA, to include preparation of board papers and drafting of board minutes, file confirmation statements, update commercial registers and companies house following changes to directors
- Assist with the review and management of all types of legal and compliance issues across the EMEA region, including data privacy, anti-bribery, modern slavery, competition and EPR
- Manage export control compliance of the group.
Profile
Suitable candidates for the role of Senior Legal Counsel - EMEA will have the following qualifications and experience:
- A qualified solicitor in the UK or relevant jurisdiction.
- A minimum of 5 years PQE
- Experience of operating in a fast paced in-house environment.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and providing general commercial advisory support.
