Residential Property Solicitor

We have an opportunity for a Residential Property Solicitor (2PQE, CILEx candidates will also be considered) to join one of London's fastest growing city firms during an exciting period of growth.

As a Residential Property Solicitor, your core responsibilities will be managing a caseload covering all aspects of the conveyancing process. This includes (but is not limited to):

• Sales/Purchases of Leasehold/Freehold property
• Re-mortgages
• Transfer of Equity
• New build
• Shared ownership

The role will involve acting on behalf of a variety of HNW/UHNW clients which range from premier league footballs, high end developers and big business owners on their property acquisitions. You will be working under an enthusiastic partner who rewards you for your hard work. It is a modern, open planned office with a very collegiate team.
