Tax NQ+ - Leading City Team

Due to growth, our client, a top City firm, is looking to make an additional junior corporate tax associate hire, either a newly qualified Associate (with the benefit of a Tax seat during their training contract) or a corporate tax lawyer with up to 1.5PQE, gained at another City or major regional firm.

This highly respected Tax team, which has an excellent associate training programme, is widely known for the strength of its advisory work on the tax aspects of corporate - M&A, private equity and capital markets - transactions in particular, as well as financing, real estate and restructuring transactions. Junior tax lawyers who wish to apply for this position will already have gained experience of a range of drafting and negotiating transactional documents, tax structuring and tax advisory work.
