THE ROLE
The international Antitrust/Competition practice seeks a bright, versatile and enterprising candidate with a passion for competition law to join its fast-growing and collegial London practice.
This team advises in all aspects of competition law and sector regulation and counsels clients on merger control, investigations, commercial deals, abuse of dominance, and compliance.
ABOUT YOU
An antitrust/competition lawyer with 2-3pqe, you will represent clients before UK, EU, and global regulators but with a primary focus on UK competition work.
You will be able to demonstrate experience of advising clients on the following:
* Merger control and clearance
* Antitrust investigations and enforcement
* Counselling on commercial agreements
* Abuse of dominance
* Sector regulation and compliance
* UK National Security and Investment Act regime
Ideally qualified in England & Wales, consideration will also be given to non-EU qualified candidates.
Non-EU candidates will be expected to qualify in Ireland or another EU jurisdiction.
