THE ROLE
An experienced commercial property lawyer is now sought to join a collegial team.
The role will include acting on behalf of property owners, landlords and national business clients.
The caseload is a mix of smaller transactions where work is carried out autonomously.
On larger, more complex matters the role will support Partners and other fee earners.
ABOUT YOU
A commercial property lawyer with 5pqe+, you will have experience of working to tight timelines to meet completion deadlines.
You will also have handled freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, acting for Landlords granting leases, and for Tenants taking leases, as well as financing, leasehold management work e., Licences to Assign, Deeds of Variation.
