One of Europe’s most well distinguished and fastest growing Intellectual Property firms is seeking a Patent Secretary to join its team of professionals.
You will be an essential part of this prestigious firm that has established an impressive cliental ranging from multinational businesses to growing SME’s.
This role comes with a range of duties from managing the firm’s internal records and database using Inprotech, managing documents and preparing reports and papers, and Prepare forms for UK and international patent and design applications. Further responsibilities include liaising with clients and agents, preparing client invoices and being the primary point of contact for the firm’s Fee Earners.
The ideal candidate for this role must be able to effectively manage their own workload, as well as being an excellent written and verbal communicator. This role requires excellent organisational skills and experience using Inprotech software would be advantageous.

- Preparing correspondence and other documents
- Liaising clients and agents
- Managing the firm’s internal records and database (Inprotech)
- Providing support to clients
- Managing documents, systems, and portals
- Amending letters, emails, and specifications
- Preparing invoices
- Diary management for Fee Earners
- Preparing papers and presentations for meetings
- Primary point of contact for Fee Earners
- Prepare forms for UK and international patent and design applications
- Ability to self-manage
