Our client, a leading multi-national Asset Manager, are looking to hire an experienced paralegal or a junior lawyer to join their London team, in a role focused upon drafting a reviewing NDAs and other transactional documents.
The Role:
- To review and draft a host of transactional documentation, mainly non-disclosure agreements, but also term sheets and other similar documents.
- To review a high number of documents, checking for errors or omissions and correcting them where necessary.
The ideal candidate:
- Must have considerable experience handling NDAs and similar-type documents, both drafting and reviewing, and be comfortable working independently on them.
- Ideally has some experience within financial services but this is not essential.
- Can either be a senior paralegal or a qualified lawyer.
