Our client a well-established high street firm have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Will Writer to join their busy Private Client team. As the newly appointed Will Writer you will have the proven ability to draft Wills and Lasting powers of Attorney. Our client is happy to consider candidates on a full or part time basis.

As the successful Will Writer, you will deal with a range of duties including, the drafting of Wills, managing Will precedents, meetings and advising clients in relation to Wills, managing the Wills and Probate database and any other reasonable tasks that may be required. To be considered for this position you must be able to demonstrate excellent client care, apply technical knowledge and communicate legal matters into an understandable format.

Applications are welcomed from Solicitors, Paralegals or Legal Executives who will have gained upwards of 2 year's experience in this area of Law. You will be highly organised, accurate, proactive, and committed to meeting deadlines, excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail are also essential.
