My client is one of the largest and oldest sovereign wealth funds in the world looking to hire a lawyer on a permanent basis.
The role is to responsible for supporting the execution (as directed) the funds legal policy and dealing with all legal matters across the range of investment businesses, including without limitation, investor transactional work, commercial contracts in the UK and overseas and financial services regulatory work.
A strong candidate should have at least 2-4 years post-qualification experience in-house in a large buy or sell side City firm or City law firm experience.
