SENIOR LEGAL COUNSEL - INTERNATIONAL ROLE - EXCITING CORP

Fford & Stone is proud to partner with this exciting international business - a well established, growing company providing cutting-edge Tech to customers operating in marine, space and other environments.

Its products and services are marketed worldwide to private companies, government agencies, and consultancies facilitating energy, subsea and construction projects. 

To support growth across their Eastern Hemisphere market they are seeking to appoint a talented commercial lawyer to the team.

Reporting to the regional GC you will enjoy full empowerment and oversee a diverse range of matters; leading commercial negotiations, contracts, corporate affairs, managing relationships with stakeholders and international project support. 

This role may be based remotely anywhere in the UK with travel as required. 

For consideration:

• UK qualified solicitor
• Circa 5-10 PQE (all levels considered) 
• Tech, engineering, EPC, construction or O&G background
• Prior MNC experience combined with recognised law firm training
• Experience of servicing legal issues across EMEA - desirable 
• Employment / labour law experience  - advantageous, not essential 
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to integrate quickly and make an impact from day one
