Senior Legal Counsel - Tech

This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing tech company as their Senior Corporate Counsel. This ASX-listed enterprise SaaS company is looking for an exceptional lawyer to lead their UK Legal function as they continue expansion throughout the region.

Reporting directly to the General Counsel, you will be responsible for the drafting and negotiating of complex commercial IT contracts with international and UK-based customers, as well as advising on all legal matters impacting UK business.

This role will see you working autonomously with all functions of the business as well as with senior stakeholders. Supporting the business globally, you will be responsible for establishing and operational initiatives, including the development of best practices, and recommendation of improved processes within the legal team and of the business at large.

You will need to have at least 5 years' PQE with experience within SaaS environments. As well as being an outstanding contract drafter and negotiator, you must be confident working autonomously, and supporting the growth and development of the business as well as its employees both within and outside of the legal team.
