Private Client Solicitor , Portsmouth
This is a superb opportunity to join a well-known regional firm who are looking to strengthen their Private Client team.
You should be able to maintain your own caseload incorporating wills, trusts, powers of attorney, tax planning, estates admin, court of protection, deeds of variation and much more.
You will be comfortable setting strategy for all your matters including how to develop your own profile.
There is also the opportunity to supervise junior members of the department.
Ideally you'll be knowledgeable in the areas of Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax advice.
