Senior Corporate Lawyer, US Law Firm, Riyadh

This impressive firm with a reputable, long-standing and prominent regional footprint is seeking to add a senior corporate lawyer to its Riyadh team.

The incoming individual will need to be a seasoned, motivated and highly experienced transactional lawyer with experience in corporate M&A, Technology, Government procurement, franchising, and many wider commercial matters. In order to be considered for this position, the applicant must hold connections in the Saudi market and be able to demonstrate those connections alongside their willingness and ability to manage less senior members of the team. The incoming applicant is therefore likely to currently be a Partner, Counsel, or seasoned Senior Associate at another leading firm.

No Arabic language requirements exist for this position, but a deep knowledge of and experience in the Saudi market is essential.
