Corporate M&A Lawyer

A leading International Law firm is currently recruiting for an experienced Corporate M&A Lawyer on an interim basis for 3- 6 months starting asap.

The position has come about due to an increase in workload for the team and a need for additional support. The team work on a diverse range of corporate M&A deal, both UK and international across a range of sectors.

You will join this market leading corporate group and support the partners on  M&A transactions as well as private equity.

Experience in international corporate M&A and private equity would be ideal.
